My Approach
I’m a counsellor and therapist and I specialise in working with individuals and couples on their relationship issues. My approach is psychodynamic, which means we will explore how your past experiences and relationships have influenced your sense of self and the patterns in your life that may be affecting your present feelings and behaviours. Developing greater self-awareness and understanding can contribute to emotional relief, as well as improved wellbeing and more constructive ways of relating to yourself and others.
